As such, we try to take as similar approach as possible online to our stores - our online business is an extension of our physical stores, not the opposite! All bikes sold online are fully assembled in our store workshops by our qualified mechanics as if a customer were riding the bike away from the store. The approach is identical. We then have to remove the handlebars for packaging, but ultimately this is generally all you will need to re-assemble upon delivery. That and setting your saddle height and your pedals, if not sourced with the bike. We will never send a bike on to you that hasn’t been through this process. This is a key differentiator from some of our peers! This is also why we might not be the cheapest option on the face of it. Remember, you get what you pay for. You won’t find yourself bleeding brake cables, or looking at kinked cables, ultimately leading to additional costs.

As such, we are uniquely placed to provide advice that you can genuinely rely on, regardless of age or ability.
