Cycle to Work Scheme is an employee benefit that saves you up to 42% on a bike and accessories. You pay nothing upfront and the payments are taken tax efficiently from your salary by your employer. This way, you can get your kit without paying any tax, national insurance, or interest.
We accept a number of Cycle to Work Scheme providers including; Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative and Bike2Work Scheme.
It's actually very simple. Ask your employer which cycle schemes they subscribe to, and ask for a voucher once you know what it is you want to buy (including accessories).
No, there isn't, but your employer may impose a cap on the voucher, so it is worth checking with them.
Step 1:
Add the items that you want to buy with your Cycle to Work scheme voucher to your basket.
Step 2:
If you haven't done so already, register an account with us. You'll be able to do this as you progress through your basket and it will ask you to either sign in or register. If you already have an account then just sign in. This will save your basket on our system so that we can easily process.
Step 3:
Do not proceed to payment. Instead, go to the homepage and click on the 'contact us' icon at the top left of our home page. In the 'Your Message' box please provide the details of which Cycle to Work scheme you are using and the relevant details of the voucher. If anything is unclear, or you need help, you can always give us a call and we'll happily talk you through it.
Step 4:
We'll process the voucher and then contact you to confirm everything, at which point we'll dispatch your order to you.
