The ENVE SES 3.4 AR Rim - Disc Brake is designed to handle versatile terrain, from paved roads to mixed surfaces. As with other SES rims, the front rim is shallow and wide, for optimal stability and handling, while the deeper back rim maximises airflow reduction. The set is optimised to boost your aerodynamics and minimise drag and rolling resistance when paired with a 28-32mm tubeless road tyre.
The 3.4 AR rims accommodate wide tyres, which will achieve high speeds while absorbing the impact from potholes or bumps. They are also optimised for tubeless, which cuts down on weight, reduces effort thanks to reduced rolling resistance and gives optimal puncture protection. Further weight savings result from the carbon fibre disc brake specific construction and ENVE's patented moulded spoke holes, which also increase strength.
Wind tunnel tested at different speeds to ensure it will perform well, regardless of your abilities and whether you're racing or exploring, the 3.4 AR is ideally suited to poor road surfaces, light gravel roads and mixed-terrain riding.
