The AG28's wide hookless bead feature significantly decreases the risk of pinch flats, with the rim's wider leading edge distributing the impacts from debris or potholes over a larger area. This not only improves pinch flat resistance by over 60% but also provides an impressive 30% enhancement in impact strength.
Featuring moulded spoke and valve holes, the integral carbon fibres of the AG28 create an uninterrupted, robust yet lightweight rim structure. The rim's design at the spoke/nipple interface is meticulously calculated, offering reliability in wheel-build and preventing premature spoke fatigue.
